When it comes to art and crafts, I do not have a creative bone in my body. But toddler arts and crafts? Well that's a whole different ball game. I think it's the teacher in me that enjoys preparing the activities and watching my daughters' imagination go crazy.

If you're looking for some easy craft activity inspiration for a variety of age groups, these are my favourite pages to follow:

1. Teaching 2 And 3 Year Olds

Despite the name of this page, it offers activities for a variety of ages. I enjoy the thematic activities, especially around holiday times.

2. Notes From A Home Educator

I have used a number of simple activities from this page as it uses plenty of resources you should already have on hand at home.

3. My Bored Toddler

This is one of my favourite pages as it offers a variety of craft, cooking and sensory experiences. They even offer challenges you can sign up to for some added inspiration.

4. Cinta And Co

Plenty of colour and easy crafts to do at home for preschoolers and primary school aged children.

5. Busy Toddler

Easy to follow craft and activities to keep even the most adventurous toddler entertained.

I also recommend going to your local cheap shop and stocking up on craft goodies. We have a large storage box full of odds and ends ready to go, which allows us to adapt most activities to what we already have.

Most importantly, try to let go of your inhibitions and let the kids get messy and interpret it their own way. It doesn't matter what the activity is, my daughter will always end up doing finger painting. I embrace this and make sure we are painting outside with the hose on standby, or have a drop sheet down to minimise the clean up.

Being a first-time mum is hard, but nothing could have prepared me for my son having Silent Reflux. Here's my journey to getting a diagnosis and treatment for him.
It's a common concern for any mother, whether you have a newborn or whether your children are all grown up (or anywhere in between). Am I doing my best?
My son was a very fussy baby. He only settled when he was being held, he didnít nap for very long during the day, he was very uncomfortable after a feed (more so in the evening) and he never slept through the night.
